We will miss our vacation home... but it is time for a new family to make it theirs...

Our home in Catalina was the setting for many treasured memories as our young children grew into adulthood. Our family would, even for a short weekend, trailer our Avon raft and motor from our ample storage area to the harbor, where our dinghy would be tethered overnight at the dinghy dock. At 20 miles per hour, we were able to access many beaches and harbors unavailable to mainlanders. Our storage space beneath our home also housed multiple mountain bikes as well as children's street bikes for use on weekends and longer vacation stays. At one point, it held 4 waverunners! On Catalina Island there are numerous hidden valleys, back-country roads, and even lakes to explore. And we always had enough snorkels, wetsuits and diving gear to share with visiting friends and family---making our adventures that much more memorable.
