Location
Our office is located in the Atwater Arcade, also known as the Post Office Arcade, at 119 Sumner Avenue, Suite K. We are directly across the hall from Catalina Island Vacation Rentals, our sister company, and next to the post office mailboxes.
If you are coming to the island and are traveling lightly, you may be able to walk to our office. Once you exit the boat, veer right and follow the red brick walkway all the way to and on down Crescent Avenue, where all the shops are located. Watch for Sumner Avenue and turn left (Leo’s Drugstore and Lloyd’s of Avalon are at the intersection). Walk on the Lloyd’s side of the street until you see the “Atwater Arcade” entrance, where Catalina Island Real Estate’s sign is hanging with several other business names above the entrance. Walk into the arcade until you are almost to the postal boxes. You will see our long narrow office on the right, directly across from Catalina Island Vacation Rentals’ office, which has a white wooden fence out front with a palm tree in the corner.
If you choose not to walk, taxis are available from the boat terminal as well as from the helicopter terminal.
