Aisha Hoffmann fell in love with Avalon when she was 12 years old, and she immediately knew that she wanted to make the island her home.

"After returning home from that first visit to Avalon, I began researching island life, real estate opportunities, business opportunities, and the public and private school systems. My parents were impressed with my passion, but wouldn't make the move." Thirteen years later Aisha moved to Avalon and has been here ever since.

Today, her time is spent raising her daughter and actively serving on the boards of the Avalon Rotary Club and the Catalina Island Museum. "I couldn't be happier living here, and believe it or not, my mother's actually joined me!"

Aisha is the newest sales associate on the Catalina Island Real Estate team. After having her license for over twenty years, she's decided to commit to a full time career in real estate. Being in the construction business with her husband for many years has given her a deeper knowledge in all aspects of the real estate business.

"I'm a people person and I pay close attention to detail, which are great assets for a career in real estate. Life in Avalon is so precious. I can't imagine a better job than one that helps others' island dreams come true, too!"
